Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Within India: 10–15 business days

• Remote Areas: 15–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India. Additional verification may be required before dispatching COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
